Once upon a time (in the town of Faith? * Check * aaa not) three sisters exiled from their magical world, the witch, the other vampire, and the third cat-garou, with to be common points sexy, independent, strong and have a propensity to screw up everything , Delilah (the naive emotional) changes at the wrong time (poor Chase ^ ^), spells of Camille (the slut Service hyper sexy of course) are unpredictable, and Mellony (the frustrated angry and slightly depressed at the edges) is forced to go to vampires anonymous, of course, is causing a lot of scenes (well a lot ... everything is relative!) comical and funny ( same remark).

I appreciated these characters, endearing even if the vampire sister to me now less convinced, we do see little in this volume, especially since it is told from the perspective of Camille . The bestiary is not very original but well-used and pleasant (a dragon just weird, two men and a sexy gargoyle so cute ^ ^).

In Brief: This first volume is a interesting universe with endearing characters and a story entertaining but unfortunately weighed down by a poor style and lack of originality, punctuated vulgarity (I'm not prudish, nor vulgarity few cons but when it serves the history or that it relates to the character, or if it is misplaced here!) and unnecessary passages. I do however have, it will therefore be necessary that I read more because it is written from the perspective of two sisters (Volume 2 of Delilah and three Menolly), or the characters I was quite pleased to that wants to get into their heads ^ ^ ( and then who knows a miracle can happen! All this potential can be finally be well exploited! * Dream *)

archetype of the "bed-Bit " , the new literature in vogue in the U.S. and now in France featuring young girls (incidentally sexy) loudmouths, the (still sexy) bloodsuckers (or large hairy ^ ^), history of Love laughs complicated, sometimes even ass (bouuuuuu ...) and nicks puzzles police (we have a story to live all these coconuts ptits ^ ^). is not badly written, even if it does not break three legs to a duck, it appears to be taking.

Effective is a good time with the waitress Sookie blonde, sexy & telepath and her vampire Bill and do not rely on behalf rotten, it is indeed a dead-sexy man .. We had a good laugh, but sometimes you drool a bit annoyed still a bit because sometimes (often tempt okaaay all) what it can be pitcher that Sookie ! Twilight leaving it made me a little odd to find a psychic & a vampire but the resemblance stops there, we will not (especially since it is not written for bimbos aged 12, here they have at least 15 and a half first!).

Here, I especially loved the background of this book, "coming out" of vampires through the invention of synthetic blood by Japanese pushed to the extreme with hotels for vampires, vampire taxis, planes vampires, sex shop of vampires (ooops sorry) - is that we see especially in the TV series Moreover, mainly due to their ad campaign very effective and very funny-.. Well you get the idea! In any case it made me laugh, I found it original (the first time I read sth in the genre too lol now in hindsight, because to be honest with you it's been a while since j 'I wrote this column, it seems much more basic, but the world remains very much creates exploited).

In Brief: A good concept , admittedly stereotypical characters but interesting and well used, a good rhythm, a surprise ending (I had not found the killer touuuuuut, on the other side I might be too busy drooling and then I confess the 'm not Sherlock Holmes (I'd be more Stephanie Plum without Morelli) few lines which flies ... perfect for those summer days what! (yes I've been writing in the column called ^ ^)

Edit: especially since a new edition came out from the time that can no longer be stuck "love and mystery when you read this book and have pretty good coverage.

TV Show: I must confess do not go through with the first season of True Blood, the television adaptation, for several reasons: 1 - They have missed Biiiiiiilllll! (Sorry for the actor but nah, it's going to be possible) / 2 - Too much sex you sex, in here it become ridiculous .. / 3 - They missed Billll! / 4 - Megavideo get drunk with his rule of 62 minutes lol 5 / nan December without it there really is too much ass, it feels like a bad porn Bulgarian (not that I have much experience in this area and have no idea of what do Bulgarians in there, if it is more, they are very good in porn).

But other actors are real scenarios and not bad if we except the scene soooooo many X-rated (that is, given the number back to remove 75% of the episode). But mostly we see yet more of the world created by Charlaine Harris with the synthetic blood and the adaptation of the Company to the vampire, which turns out to be very nice.

And I love the posters, the campaign for HBO is really cool!

If you should never judge a book by its cover, I admit to that is to buy them, things are quite different. Yes, Yes! I confess! I cracked! As always I bought this book for its coverage and pretty without even reading the summary ... (and in any case summaries, it is always full of anything or not spoiler? And anyway it OCCAZ was then its not really count, mitigating Judge) (and then shit, I want to buy first!).

Then as usual, shame on me, poor little remained some time on my radiator (eg nest of my PAL, became my closet if you want to know all small band of curious) because, having finally read the summary came to me (yes I am a woman of contradiction) I ' I had no desire to read yet another story of fantasy with magic, weird names, wicked villains, bloody battles and still bloody battles (and sometimes heroic, too), a quest, a virgin and her prince charming so sexy . So sexy man sexy man or not, my little book stayed there, all alone (well ok entry circled) on the radiator to take the dust.

Then came a story, Blood Opera, which I returned, as always because of Tanith Lee's hard and overwhelming, unhealthy and obsessive. So I needed benchmarks, codes, hope and love of a simple book, short, golden, golden cover this one was yellow, he does not need me more. Thus lightened my PAL (very temporarily) and my column last few prolegomena started after this long (again, I ask your indulgence!).

The beginning is simple , it takes place following the codes kind which the author is a regular cycle after several very famous. The writing is fluid, precise style, pages quietly flowing, without effort or surprise.

After so many books of battles and "political" the author expressed his desire to focus on characters and their relationship , which is without knowing I really needed at this time. Because my friends it works well with this background worked well bringing this story of a young woman forced to flee her home and an old hero penguin (yes!) who needs a new reason live, all mixed with a true rainbow background, the world is in danger because of mysterious creatures all yuck.

So ok, this is all very classic no big surprise or originality. Ok heroes are a bit annoying at times (like I'll loose SPOILER full table we married, thanks mister psychology END SPOILER). Ok it's bluette sauce fantasy. But the story is well done, catchy, with a background very neat and endearing characters.

This was a pleasant surprise for me after a hard book psychologically, I had a great time despite saddest passages there is relaxing, captivating, sweet, feelings are developing nicely but without major silliness (not Meyer's either they have the character of those!).

Then frustration, intense . Aaaaargh. There is no end! I did not know it but in fact it is a story cut into two! So of course I buy fissa spinning due later history to finally have the family's reaction to Dag and see what they looked like these walkers Lake anyway! I trust you!

7 / 10 A pretty love story, driven by a background working in a very traditional world but certainly fascinating. Something to rest the mind after a complicated book ...

Edit: In reading this column I said that I should reread this book in psychologically normal conditions, but I doubt that it is possible for me lol.

Info: This book is divided into two parts. There exists a sequence, itself divided into two parts that it focuses more on the outcome of political and military conflicts of this world, but always with our two heroes at the center.
